I thought this was a joke when I first saw it this morning.

The government now thinks it can intrude itself upon how college football determines it's champion. And a freakin' REPUBLICAN sponsored this shit!!!!!!!!!!!

I am still hoping this is a joke, and I am hoping even harder that it won't go anywhere, but the way things are going, who the hell knows?

Coming on top of yesterday's news that the EPA can now regulate your every breath, it is staggering to me.
