Don't Tread On Me
Pure Awesome
Dems picked up 2. They needed 3.
(Next week: 2 of their fleebaggers are up. Looks like we will get 1. )
$30 million of union dues down the rat hole.
An all out effort by the unions, by the Left, by the media, to undo an election, by all means fair and foul.
Fail. Massive fail.
The people have spoken. Again.
Get used to it.
Next: More rollback.
Here, there and everywhere.
Today Madison, tomorrow DC.
Today Wisconsin, tomorrow America.
I can see 2012 from my house.
Hope and Change? Meet the snake.

Brought to you courtesy of the red white and blue !
The pic must be fake, but I dig it, cuz I am one of them blood-thirsty, war-mongering, patriotic, gun-toting, flag-wavin', Bible-thumpin', redneck hillbillies your President is always warning you about.
And since he won't provide me a picture of my own, I am gonna take what I can get.
Now then, I feel much better.
Not quite as good as I would feel if what's left of this head was on a spike at Ground Zero, but better nonetheless.
And speaking of the Pussy-in-Chief refusing to show us the picture, is anyone else pissed off that this same mother fucker did not worry one fucking bit about offending Muslims or inciting violence when he ordered the release of 2,000 pictures of Abu Ghraib, but now suddenly he's all concerned about Muslim sensibilities?

Hey, Eric Holder: Meet MY People
Ms. Malkin hits it out of the ballpark on this one.

Let Them Eat Cake -OORAH!
Happy 235th birthday to the
World's Most Awesome Fighting Machine.
They have been protecting this country since before it even WAS a country. And ya gotta love any organization that gets its start in a bar! http://www.marines.com/main/index/winning_battles/history/missions/founding_of_the_marine_co
Around the world, Marines celebrate the day with a cake tradition: The oldest Marine takes the first bite of birthday cake decorated with the U.S. Marine logo and then passes it on to the youngest Marine.
May they eat cake for 235 more years!
Although they compromise only 11% of our military, almost a quarter of all combat deaths are from the Corps. I'm sure the stats for injury are even higher, so go help 'em out!

“The Marines I have seen around the world have the cleanest bodies, the filthiest minds, the highest morale, and the lowest morals of any group of animals I have ever seen. Thank God for the United States Marine Corps!” Eleanor Roosevelt

When this hero wakes up,...
I want him to have every possible tool available for his recovery:
The soldier had tourniquets placed for partial amputation of both legs. One liter of a special IV fluid was given in the helicopter, and the patient arrived at the Kandahar hospital in and out of consciousness and in shock.
In the operating room, surgeons temporarily tied off the arteries going to the legs and repaired a tear in a major vein. There was massive damage to the area between the legs. One leg was amputated at the knee. In a second operation the next day his wounds were rewashed and a finger, broken in the explosion, was fixed with external hardware.
That same day the soldier was evacuated to Bagram, where his wounds were washed out and the pelvic region was re-explored. A "foreign body"- the speaker didn't say whether it was dirt, metal or something else - not seen in the first operation was removed. He suffered a collapsed lung after surgery, which was fixed.
He stayed there two days before flying by critical care air transport to Landstuhl.
Seven days after suffering his wounds the soldier arrived at a hospital in the United States. He had another collapsed lung, and pneumonia. His right foot, initially thought to be salvageable, wasn't healing and the surgeons planned to amputate it at the ankle. He had further surgery to his abdomen and numerous operations to start repairing the missing floor of his pelvis.

Look, I know times are hard now; maybe you don't have 20, or 10, or even 5 dollars to give.
But you DO have a computer, so you CAN help get the word out.
An email to your entire address book will reach many people who can help.
You can contact your local paper, or the local VFW hall, or church, or any other organization who might be thrilled to take up such a great cause.
This warrior, and many more like him, got blown apart fighting those bastards over there, so we don't have to fight 'em here.
Figure out a way you can help him.

Freedom of speech is one of our most precious rights as Americans
I have known this since I was a kid, we all have; but over the last year and a half, I have become even more appreciative of it.
I am the author of what can be a very profane blog. I am fiercely and unapologetically opposed to just about everything the Obama Administration stands for; I can come here and rant and rave and cuss and carry on to my heart's content.
And I know who I have to thank for that.
I have men like this to thank for that:

And men like this:

We ALL owe them, and we owe them ALL, big time, for ALL our freedoms, so please....... give a little, or give a lot, but please, just give:.

Go, Team Marine!!!!
Project Valour-IT is a friendly (?!) competition to raise money to provide laptops and other technology to wounded veterans.
Daddy was in the Air Force, as was my brother, and one of my uncles. I have an aunt who was an Army nurse in Viet-Nam and have several cousins deployed now with the Army.....but I vividly remember some of my other uncles in their Dress Blue Deltas, as well as my cousin Paul losing both his legs while serving as a Marine in Viet-Nam, so I am supporting Team Marine for the 6th year!
We won last year, and we will by God win again!
Oorah!!

Never Forget
Not even ten years, and we've got plenty of Libtards saying we "overreacted" to September 11th. I refuse to link to their piece of shit articles, but Ted Koppel and Fareed Whatever-the-Fuck his name is are among them.
Mother fucking Leftist Democrat politicians all across the country think it's fucking FINE to let those Islamic sons of bitches build their victory mosque in the shadow of the World Trade Center.
Fucking hypocrite Democrats who saw nothing wrong with our flag being burned regularly, President Bush being burned in effigy, a movie made about his assassination, and endless signs being carried calling for his death now suddenly have issues with a few jackasses in Florida wanting to burn the Qu'ran.
I don't know how anybody in their right mind who loves this country can remain a Democrat.
I will NEVER forget September 11th; I will NEVER forget the words and actions of any one of these fuckers who refuse to see the truth behind why that mosque is being built.
November cannot get here quick enough for me.
Rest in peace, Sara, and everyone else who fell on September 11th.

God I love this man.
I'm not crazy about his immigration and gun control positions, but I love a person who lays it on the line, and won't back down.

Shanah tovah u’metukah
A sweet New Year for you all......and since I suspect Obambi's Eid Al-Fitr remarks will have far more passion than the dribble he came up with for Rosh Hashanah, I will leave you with Gov Palin's: (Emphasis mine)
As Jewish families gather to celebrate the New Year and a new beginning marking the Day of Creation, I want to join them in praying for a good and sweet year ahead. This day marks the beginning of a period of reflection and repentance. It is a time to remember our responsibilities to our families, our communities, our country, and our world.
This is also a time to remember who we are as Americans and our responsibilities to help our friends and allies as they seek peace and security. The people of Israel have overcome so many challenges, taken so many risks, and made so many sacrifices in the pursuit of peace and a better life for their children. This New Year begins with a new hope for peace, but the threats to Israel – and to us – have not gone away.
These are challenging times as Iran continues to work on building a nuclear weapon, Hamas attacks innocents on the eve of peace talks, enemies refuse to recognize Israel’s right to exist, and even in Europe and the United States we hear voices from those trying to delegitimize Israel.
To our Jewish friends and neighbors on this Rosh Hashanah, may you be inscribed in the Book of Life. And for our friends in Israel, know that the American people will continue to stand with you in this New Year as you strive for peace and security.

Not yet ready for the Big Leauges
"The border’s too big. The hole in the Gulf is too deep. The recession is too stubborn. Maybe we should find the president a smaller, easier-to-manage country to govern. You know - send him to the minors for a few years."
As a huge baseball fan, this quote struck me as hysterically funny; as an America citizen, it struck me as sadly all-too-true.

The Gospel According to ErikW at AoSHQ
"We're the only reasonable chance left on a planet run by Commies, dictators and war criminals.
We better sack up pretty fucking quick because freedom isn't meeting us halfway. We have to fight these cocksuckers every inch of the way, even if it means getting out of your comfort zone and getting in the face of some lefty douchebag who is probably screaming about your Nazi affiliation.
Truth of the matter is that we have to get involved. You don't want to do it, I don't want to do it but the shit has hit the fan.
Right fucking now, it's do or die. We could lose our country in November if we don't act."

Great Big Brass Ones
Daniel in the lion's den, 21st century-style.
He's got more guts in his pinky finger than the Pussy-in-Chief has in his entire body...hell, the kids got more guts than the entire DNC.
I have been so fucking pissed off about this entire flotilla clusterfuck, and our pathetic reaction to it, that I am actually losing sleep.
H/T Ace and Gateway Pundit, can't remember where I saw it first.
